As a Shareholder, Dave understands what it takes to help clients achieve results. One of the qualities Dave possesses is the ability to listen to each client and deliver to them the personal and individual attention they need.

Dave assists clients in negotiating the purchase and sales of businesses, preparing financing packages, analyzing tax effects of alternative decisions, developing feasibility studies, and other related matters. He performs Peer Reviews of other CPA firms pursuant to the AICPA Peer Review Program. In addition, he has provided expert testimony and advice in a wide variety of malpractice, criminal, and civil cases. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, New York State and other jurisdictions for audit and other tax matters.
