As a partner, Pat works with closely-held business owners and their management teams by bringing a unique perspective in identifying valuable opportunities. He excels in guiding the management teams toward the implementation of their business strategies to ensure that related profits are attained. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, compensation and financial planning.

Pat is passionate about helping people solve problems. His ability to understand clients through careful listening and asking questions helps him to guide them toward actions they should take to achieve their objectives. Pat takes these conceptual objectives and utilizes life experience to keep the approach practical. He also has over 30 years of experience in public accounting.

Pat enjoys traveling, golf, CrossFit and spending time with his family.
