As a partner, Mike’s specialties include corporate and individual taxation, emphasizing tax and financial planning for closely-held businesses. He also has extensive experience counseling clients on the aspects of buying and selling businesses, bank financing, tax free exchanges and tax credit low-income housing projects. Mike’s areas of industry expertise include manufacturing, real estate, distribution, construction and service related companies.

Mike is a trusted advisor who always acts in the best interest of his clients. His proactive approach and ability to understand their needs enables his clients to add value to their businesses.

Mike began his career in public accounting in 1979 and has been a partner with the firm for many years.

He is also a doting grandpa who loves traveling and staying healthy. When Mike is away from work he enjoys vacationing in Las Vegas, going on cruises, and spending time with his family and friends.
