Sam Irvine is an investment advisor at Davie Kaplan Wealth Care Advisors, LLC. In this role, he focuses on comprehensive financial planning, with special expertise in business management, portfolio design and analysis, tax-sensitive investment and distribution planning, cash flow management, insurance planning, and estate planning. He joined Davie Kaplan in 2014. Previously, he was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley.

A servant leader, it’s his goal to educate his clients – making complex financial topics relevant and relatable. Sam is passionate about giving back to his community and spending time with his family, including his wife, daughters and two dogs. He is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. He has served throughout his life as a student volunteer and now as an adult worksite leader at Flower City Work Camp, a ministry of Flower City Outreach.

Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and he is a 2024 EMBA candidate at the University of Rochester Simon School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, running, smoking/barbecuing, woodworking, bourbon and wine, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills.
