Rick Dyer is the Director of Financial Services and Operations at Davie Kaplan, where he focuses on building teams and processes that support a strong, seamless client experience. His work helps ensure the firm’s financial services platform operates efficiently behind the scenes so advisors can stay focused on serving clients well.
Rick brings more than two decades of experience across financial services, operations, and technology. He began his career in Boston at State Street Bank and later spent over 20 years at Manning & Napier Advisors in roles spanning client services, business analysis, and IT leadership. Prior to joining Davie Kaplan, Rick served as Chief Operating Officer at a local RIA firm.
Rick is passionate about equipping people to succeed and believes that effective teams and clear processes are essential to helping clients achieve their financial goals. He holds Series 6 and Series 63 licenses and earned a BA in Education from Eastern Nazarene College.
Originally from Maine, Rick moved to Rochester in 2002. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, pickleball, and spending time outdoors with his family. Rick and his wife have two married children.
